Refund Policy
- Before classes start: Full tuition minus deposit
- 1st–5th class day: Up to 50% refund
- After 5th class day: No refund for current term
- Private tutoring (before start): Full refund minus deposit
- Private tutoring (after start): No refund
One-on-One Classes
- Cancellation must be made at least 3 days in advance
- Classes can be rescheduled with prior notice
- No-show or late notice: class deducted from bundle
- Applies to both in-person and online sessions
Attendance Policy
- Late arrival over 15 minutes: class may be cancelled
- Cancelled classes due to late arrival are not refunded
- Schools are closed on public holidays
